 Measurement are in '' INCHES'', to insure a correct fit for your pup. We  recommend measuring at the chest just behind the front legs,then the  back, from base of the neck to the base of the tail and then the neck,  referring to the size chart will determine your best fitting size. The  weight is for reference as a general guide only and not part of fitting  your baby.
