SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES
             Please note that orders are processed in the order they  are received. Depending on the order load, order-processing time may  vary. We will normally dispatch stock items within 1-2 business days.  International orders are generally a little longer. Most orders are  shipped within 24 hours from receipt of your order. We will make every  effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders will be  shipped UPS ground. Customers from California will be charged a 7.75%  sales tax. Customers outside of California, no sales tax.
 

Express shipping is also available for an additional $9.95, depending on zip code Next Day Air orders are available for an additional $24.95 depending on zip code
 

Please note that shipping/handling charges for returned orders will not be reimbursed.
Our products are not likely to be damaged in transit, but if there is  obvious damage, please notify UPS immediately. Request a damage claim  form. Call or e-mail us also so we are aware of the situation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Each country has different customs regulations, duties and shipping  requirements. Shipping costs vary according to size and weight. To  accommodate international orders, please contact us via e-mail directly,  so we can advise you of delivery time, total and form of payment.
